Jacob Reimschüssel
Greetings collectors! My name is Jacob Reimschussel and I am Christophers older brother. Growing up in my teen years in the late 90’s early 00’s I have always believed that it was some of the best times of my life. I remember fondly many late nights, trying out new Pokemon/Magic the gathering decks, and long days testing our metal during organized play at our local game stores as many of our competitors were tough as nails.
After moving on from collectibles, trying different jobs, and getting married, I had found my love for the collectible world once again. In the summer of 2024, I started opening sealed products that quickly turned into a reselling business. I uploaded these openings to JayReimsGames while also rebranding my original ebay name from jaco.reims to JayReimsResale, I began searching for deals at garage sales, buying collections from facebook marketplace, opening new products, and uploading the content to my gaming channel.
I stayed in contact with Christopher and found that he had expanded his collectibles from Nintendo Amiibos to a massive Pokemon collection of singles, master sets, and sealed products. After rekindling our renewed love for the collectibles space together, we had long chats, discord calls, and google meets talking about the interesting experience. These talks turned a corner and we began to dream about turning my basement into a full blown online shop. A short few months later, the birth of Blue Mist Collectibles was born.

Hey there! I'm Christopher from Blue Mist Collectibles! My main role in the company is business strategy, eCommerce, purchasing and finance. I have a full-time job in video games working on small, military shooter, that no one has probably heard of. I'm married with a kid, and I like to cook.
I grew up during the start of the Pokémon craze and loved every minute of it. Non-stop playing Pokémon Blue and Red on my Gameboy and playing the TCG. Turns out that I am a very competitive person and immediately started playing in DCI sanctioned tournaments and became a top 5 player in the state of Arizona. Did a lot of Magic the Gathering tournaments as well. Got top 8 at a pro tour qualifier for block as well. Never really collected during that time (as I do now), except for my complete first edition base set that I had (if only my teenage self could predict the future).
My current collection aspirations is having master sets of all Pokémon sets from the scarlet and violet era and onward. For my sealed collection, collecting all Pokémon Center Exclusive ETBs, evolving skies be damned (the only ones I’m missing) and booster boxes of scarlet and violet era and forward (with some sword and shield mixed in right now). I started collecting sealed Lorcana and have every set booster boxed in their pretty acrylic, UV protected cases.
