Refund policy

TCG Sealed Products, Single and Graded Cards

Due to the nature of TCG products (such as sealed product, raw/singles and graded cards), we do not offer returns. If something arrives damaged or not as described, please send us an email at orders@bluemistcollectibles.com and we will work to make it right.

Card Accessories Return/Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.  After that window, we cannot offer a refund or return. In the event that it was Blue Mist who made a mistake, it will be free shipping, otherwise, the customer will pay for the return shipping. There are no restocking fees when a product is returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue with you and make it right.
