Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) Monday through Saturday and then reach you within 5 to 7 business days (depending on the shipping distance). For example, if you place your order Friday night, your order will most likely be shipped out Monday with Wednesday being the latest.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping only apply to the lower 48 states in the US. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and international orders due to the higher shipping costs. We will not be shipping to third-party address forwarding companies at this time.

Please note that shipping carriers are closed on Sundays and major holidays, so shipments cannot be processed or dispatched during those times.

Delayed Orders

Should an order be delayed in fulfillment by Blue Mist Collectibles, the customer has the right to cancel at any point up until shipping has occurred for a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Blue Mist Collectables is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or your local post office for misplaced deliveries.
• Filing a police report with your local law enforcement.
• Submitting a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on the shipping provider).

We do not issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location to prevent theft.

For assistance with tracking or filing a claim, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Abandoned & Undeliverable Orders Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer will be contacted using the information provided at checkout.

If we do not receive a response within 3 business days of contacting the customer regarding the returned order, the order will be considered abandoned.

For abandoned or returned orders, a 5% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping fees required to reship the order must be paid by the customer before the order is resent.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase and to monitor tracking updates to ensure successful delivery.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Shipping Insurance

Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier. Orders placed with Blue Mist Collectibles include default shipping insurance coverage of up to $200 through the carrier.

If you would like to ensure your shipment for the value of your order, it is your responsibility to request and pay for insurance at checkout or contact us prior to shipment.

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. If no insurance is selected, the customer assumes all risk once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet available to ship and are offered for purchase in advance. The estimated release date or shipping timeframe will be clearly noted on each pre-order product listing. All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items will ship once they become available. Release dates and shipping estimates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

If an order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available for shipping. We do not automatically split shipments. Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

Pre-orders may be eligible for cancellation prior to shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page and incur a 5% cancellation fee. Certain limited, exclusive, or special-order items may be non-cancelable. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page, understand that release dates may change, and agree to the terms outlined above.

Preorder Shipping & Availability Disclaimer

In the event that distribution partners make last-minute changes beyond our control regarding preorder products, we will promptly reach out to all affected customers with updates.

In some cases, if we do not receive the full quantity of product originally allocated to us by distribution, we may issue full refunds for impacted orders. Alternatively, we may provide an updated estimated delivery date based on the new information received.

If the revised delivery timeline is deemed unreasonable, customers will have the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund without incurring the standard 5% cancellation fee.
