I didn’t receive my binder

I ordered this two weeks ago and they sent me an email to review my order. It never came, so I guess it’s a 1 star. Lol.

Upon reviewing your order, we see that USPS marked it as successfully delivered. Given this, we were surprised to receive your review nearly two weeks after it was confirmed delivered by USPS, especially since we hadn’t received any prior communication regarding a problem with your order.

For future reference, if your package does not arrive by the day after USPS marks it as delivered, that would be the ideal time to contact us. This allows us to promptly offer a resolution, whether that be a refund or a replacement. We are best able to assist when we are informed of an issue as soon as it arises.
