Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Please review our cancellation terms below.

In-Stock Orders

Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled prior to shipment. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment; however, due to allocation commitments and inventory planning, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our standard return policy (if applicable).
