Altered is a new trading card game developed by Régis Bonnessée and published by Equinox Studio, blending fantasy themes with innovative gameplay mechanics. Set in a post-cataclysmic world called the “Harmonic Lands,” the game features asymmetric factions, narrative-driven progression, and high-quality artwork. Unlike traditional TCGs, Altered emphasizes accessibility with a hybrid physical-digital model that includes optional card scanning and deck tracking via an app.
